Sight Words (Fry Words)- The Seventh Hundred Homework Packet

Do you need a homework idea, than this activity is for you.  This homework packet is a very basic. 
 
I created this product to help parents and teachers with sight words from the Fry Sight Words List. This packet will allow the parent and student to go at a reasonable pace. There are 10 word lists that have 10 words in each. Parents can use the word cards as flashcards. When the parents think their child is ready to be tested on a word list then they write ready on the checklist. The teacher then goes over the word list with the student. If the student has learned it then the teacher marks off the list with a checkmark. If the student does not pass the list then the teacher writes down the words that the student missed.

Sight Words (Fry Words) Homework Packet using the Fourth and Fifth Hundred Words


I created a homework packet that covers the fourth and fifth hundred words from the Fry Words list.  These packets allow parents to work with their children at home.  It is a very easy on the eye packet and it doesn't overwhelm parents.  There are 10 lists with 10 words in each.  Which covers 100 sight words in each packet.  Every page has 2 lists with a date that is recommended that students learn them by.  They also come with word cards that can be used in the classroom or sent home.

Sight Words (Fry Words)- The First Hundred Homework Packet


I created a sight word homework packet using the Fry Words List.  The sight words in this packet are the first hundred.  This is a great way to help parent/teacher communication.  I have parents practice sight words at home.  Once they feel their children know the list then they let me know.  Students will read the list to me in random order.  Once I feel they know the words then I write passed on a checklist.  Then students work on the next list.  I have really enjoyed using this in my classroom.
